Research and Development
RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT IS AN IMPORTANT BASIS FOR SOUND DECISION-MAKING IN WATER MANAGEMENT SECTOR. THE PROGRAM FOCUSES ON WATER-RELATED RESEARCH AND RESULTING SCIENTIFIC DISCOVERIES WHICH PLAYS A SIGNIFICANT ROLE IN REDUCING UNCERTAINTIES AND IMPROVING THE WATER SECURITY.
The CSW carries out research and development activities with its own research team and in coordination with other partners locally and internationally. The research findings will be a basis to development of human centered solutions to create affordable and sustainable solutions and technologies for tackle water issues. R&D program has two main objectives. First is performing data collection and related research under the areas of WSS and WRM and second is conducting water related research of local and regional importance through broader consultation with the government, partners, and other stakeholders.
Research Programs
The Center for Sustainable Water Research Program will seek to conduct high quality research into pressing issues in areas related to WASH and WRM in Cambodia, the region and internationally. We are currently working on our Research Program strategy, so stay tuned as we develop this program.
