The Center for Sustainable Water of Enrich Institute launched its first capacity building program on Young Professionals Program in WASH aiming to improve the capacity of university students, recent graduates, and NGO staffs with water-related backgrounds by providing hands-on skills via an intensive 8-week learning program to develop participants’ career in WASH and provide pathway to become a WASH Professional. 30 participants were recruited to participate in the sessions through a competitive selection process.

The capacity building program was tailored for the learners to be able to absorb practical knowledge and experiences through in-class sessions, group discussion, panel of experts, problem based learning, and study tour.

The participants learnt the basic water and sanitation concept, discuss field experiences with sector specialists and able to design water and sanitation project and facilitate the meetings/events effectively.
