E-learning project to disseminate the National Guidelines on WASH for persons with disabilities and old people

The E-learning project to disseminate the National Guidelines on WASH for persons with disabilities and old people was intended to disseminate the guideline document to Provincial Departments of Rural Development (PDRDs) using an appropriate, easy to understand format. The project was the first documented use of E-learning to disseminate government guidelines. It included an intensive assessment of attitudes regarding the perceived ease of use of E-learning, ease of learning how to use the technology, as well as assessments of the computing capacity of the hardware and internet connection speeds at PDRDs. The final product was a set of modules in both English and Khmer, designed to take approximately 30 minutes, just long enough to fit into PDRD staff breaks.

You can help us put the power of water into the hands of millions of people.
