Once upon a time, in a small village in Chhouk District, lived a young boy named Niron. From an early age, he was captivated by the stories of his parents, who spoke of life as a district governor.

Niron always helps the father work, and knowing some of the problems that have arisen in his hometown and dreaming of this boy, he develops his village to a village that is modern and standard. In 2019, Niron graduated from his high school and continued to pursue a bachelor degree in the Institute Technology of Cambodia. Niron graduated with a bachelor degree in 2024 with majors in water resource engineering and rural infrastructure.

Currently, Niron is working in the clean water supply sector in Bavel district, Battambang province, and will pursue his dream of developing his hometown.
